If you are unsatisfied with your order, we accept returns for a refund of the item's purchase price (excluding original shipping) within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition (stickers unpeeled, jewelry unworn, keychains intact).
- Digital art downloads and custom/commissioned items are final sale and non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges. Because many of our products are handmade in small batches or feature one-of-a-kind beaded designs, we cannot reserve stock or swap items directly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your package arrives damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you!
