Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your package arrives damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you!
Are your stickers waterproof and weatherproof?
Our vinyl stickers are water-resistant, durable, and scratch resistant! They are great for water bottles, Hydro Flasks, laptops, notebooks, phone cases, and tablet covers.
However, they are not 100% waterproof or car safe, please do not place them on vehicles, as harsh sunlight, rain, and car washes will wear them down over time.
What materials are used in your beaded products?
The beaded products are crafted using stainless steel accents and wires.
The earring products are hypoallergenic and free of lead, nickel, and cadmium.
Please note that the stainless steel and bead materials require gentle care. They are durable for daily wear, but they are not built to withstand rough handling, heavy tugging, or hard drops. Please treat your handmade pieces with gentle love to keep them looking their best!
